What are your operating hours?
Our tutoring sessions are available Monday through Thursday from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Our sessions are 55 minutes long. We are closed Friday - Sunday.

What is your student-to-tutor ratio?
Our tutors work with two students at a time, creating a comfortable and focused learning environment. However, our students learn independently, progressing at their own pace without group settings.

We assess each student’s needs and preferences, then pair them with a tutor whose expertise and teaching style best align with those requirements.
How do you personalize tutoring sessions?
We create customized lesson plans based on the student’s strengths, weaknesses, and objectives, ensuring every session is productive and engaging.
Assessment
is the assessment required before enrollment?
No, completing our assessment is not required before enrollment. However, it is highly recommended to assist in selecting the appropriate curriculum program and materials. how do you determine how many times a child needs to attend tutoring?
Every student has their own unique way of learning and growing, and our schedule recommendations are based on the assessment results. However, you have the flexibility to choose what works best for your child, and there’s no obligation to stick to our suggestions.
Tuition Payments

If your child can’t attend their scheduled session, our cancellation policy requires notification by 1:00 pm on that same day. We understand that sometimes things come up, but please keep in mind that cancellations after 1:00 pm may not guarantee a make-up session.
do you offer A free trial session?
Definitely! We’re excited to offer a trial session for all new students. This opportunity allows your child to experience our tutoring and see if our center is the perfect fit for them.
When is tuition payment due?
Tuition is due the first week of each month.

How do you measure student progress?
We track progress through session summaries, feedback from the tutor, and discussions with the student and parents.
What is a session summary?
After each session, parents will get an email from our team summarizing their child’s progress. Each update will emphasize three important aspects: academic performance, behavior, and participation.
Can you coordinate with my child's school or teacher?
Yes, with your consent, we can reach out to your child’s school or teacher to ensure our tutoring aligns with their curriculum.

We inspire our students by ensuring the right compatibility match between students and tutors. Additionally, we have a rewards program that makes learning enjoyable! Students earn rewards based on their performance during each session, and at the end of the month, they can treat themselves by redeeming those rewards!

Do you offer help for students with learning disabilities or special needs?
Yes, we have tutors trained to work with students with diverse learning needs.
my child has an iep. what support can you provide?
There are several methods to support students in an IEP program. Since each child has unique learning styles, we suggest starting with an assessment at the center. After analyzing the assessment results and IEP report, we will collaborate closely with you to identify the most suitable curriculum plan for your child.
Safety
How do you ensure the safety of students during in-person sessions?
We prioritize safety by conducting sessions in secure, monitored environments. Only authorized individuals are allowed to enter the premises.
what measures do you take to prevent other health risks?
We care deeply about the health and safety of everyone here, so we follow necessary health protocols to keep our space safe and welcoming. This includes regular sanitization of our facilities, mask requirements when needed, and practicing social distancing. If a child shows any signs of health risk, we inform their parents immediately.
How do you address inappropriate behavior during sessions?
We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or inappropriate behavior. Any incidents are addressed, and parents are informed. If necessary, we will remove disruptive participants from the program.
